The following forms need to be completed, submitted to the Athletic Office by July 20, and cleared by the athletic training staff before any prospective player can attend open court or tryout. High School Tryouts and Practices will begin Monday August 1, 9:00am – Noon at CHS Courts. Come Dressed for the weather and in your tennis attire and bring plenty of water as well.
