The Lady Elks Varsity Gold Team got off to a good start in August winning 5 of their first 7 tournaments. After placing 2nd at the Pickerington Invitational (291), the Elks won three in a row: Lakota East Invitational (286), Sycamore Invitational (295), and NDA Invitational (322). They placed 2nd again to Jerome at the Gahanna Invite (296) then followed up with two more wins: the New Albany Invitational (312) and the Lady Elks Invitational (294).

In the process, the Elks fired 5 of the best 13 scores in Lady Elks Golf History. Their current team average is lower than a score of 75 per golfer (299.4)

The team starts out September with 4 tournaments in the first 2 weeks: Springboro, Beavercreek, New Albany Co-Ed, and Alter Invitationals.
