The varsity volleyball program traveled to Mount Notre Dame Monday night in a match to measure where we are currently as this team and program continues to strive to compete against the loaded Cincinnati schools and the volleyball tradition rich schools such as MND. The Lady Elks walked away knowing they could compete but understanding that we are not quite there yet. All three teams were swept by the Cougars but varsity did have leads in 2 of their sets at the 20 point mark but could not close the door. Time to get back to work and continue the climb.
The Lady Elks get back to work tonight at home vs. Beavercreek with the JV & 9th teams playing at 5:30 pm followed by Varsity at 7:00 pm. All 3 teams are currently 3-1 on the season.
