On Wednesday night, the Varsity Lady Elks improved their record to 5-0 with a road win over the Springfield Wildcats. Just four minutes into the game. Ava Pfarrer scored the first goal when she dribbled a pass from Audi Rhyner around the keeper and into the net. Two minutes later, Laura Ralston crossed the ball to Sammi Aydelott who shot it into the corner and only seconds later, Audi Rhyner would score the Elks 3rd goal. Later in the half, Brooklyn Larrymore scored off a Taylor Koch pass and again with a header off a corner kick by Koch to end the half with a 5-0 lead. In the second half, possession was all Elks. Ava Pfarrer would find Jess Wiedemann for a goal and with ten minutes left in the game Charlotte Kunst would hit the back of the net off an assist by Molly Wiedemann. The final score was 7-0. Keepers Emma Gramke and Leena Cornwell are credited with the shut out. All three Lady Elks teams travel to Olentangy Liberty to take on the Patriots this Saturday. JVA and JVB begin at 1:30 PM and Varsity starts at 3:00 PM. Tickets are only available online at
