The varsity boys cross country team finished in 2nd place at their OHSAA District Meet Saturday which easily qualified them to Regionals next week at Troy.
Sophomore Daniel Emmert led the Elks finishing 7th overall with a time of 16:08. Junior Lucas Melzer was 10th overall with a time of 16:16. Also running for the Elks were sophomore Jagger Noel, senior Neil Ammer, freshmen Tyler Swan, senior Nathan Picklesimer and junior Eric Bucher.

The boys will race at 3:00 pm Saturday and tickets are only available online at . Cost is $8 for students and $10 for adults.
