The varsity boys cross country season finished their season at Fortress Obetz Saturday and the Elks have sent a message that their program will be back and a force to deal with in future years. Hats off to our seniors this season who did an incredible job with the last minute coaching change and worked hard all year and helped all of the underclassmen to continue to improve. The team managed a 15th place finish at the State Meet and were led by:

Sophomore Danial Emmert, 51st, 16:30
Junior Lucas Melzer, 90th, 16:50
Junior Eric Bucher, 93rd, 16:52
Sophomore Jagger Noel, 121st, 17:10
Senior Neil Ammer, 127th, 17:15
Sophomore Owen Zeiser, 128th, 17:15
Freshmen Tyler Swan, 164th, 18:04

Thank you so much Neil and the rest of the seniors for your leadership. This program is for sure heading in a great direction and we have you and coach Weckesser to thank for that!
