The Centerville Girls Basketball team hosted Miamisburg Saturday night.
The freshman girls basketball fell to Waynesville at the beginning of the night by a score of 57 to 35.
The JV girls basketball team got the Elks going with a win over the Miamisburg JV team by a score of 40 to 30.
The Varsity Elks came into the night 2-1 looking for their third win of the season. The Elks came out hot and took a commanding lead, 24 - 13 at the end of the first quarter. By halftime, the Elks had a 35 - 26 lead. Anna Grim and Kendal George did the majority of the scoring as Anna added 23 points and Kendal added 13 points. Lambert and McDowell added 9 and 8 points respectively to put the game out of reach.
The Elks play next against Beavercreek, at home, on December 7th at 7:30pm.
