The Elks Varsity Boys Lacrosse team earned their first win of the season in a hard-fought battle at Thomas Worthington on Thursday night, with a final score of 8-6. This was an impressive team victory, with key players stepping up when it mattered most.

One player who made a crucial play late in the game was Aydan George, who got a key clear to allow the offense a chance to close out the game. This kind of teamwork and determination were evident throughout the game, and the Elks showed that they have what it takes to compete against tough opponents.

The Elks have had a challenging start to the season, with arguably the toughest first four game schedule in the state. However, this tough schedule will hopefully pay off down the road for the Elks, as they continue to improve and develop their skills.

The Varsity team's record now stands at 1-4 on the season, and this hard-earned victory is a promising sign for the future of the program. The team's dedication and hard work are paying off, and they will undoubtedly continue to improve as the season progresses.

The Elks JV team also had a successful night, beating Thomas Worthington 10-6. The team's strong performance is a testament to the hard work and dedication of both the players and coaching staff.

The Elks Lacrosse teams will be back in action on Saturday, hosting the Hilliard Bradley Jaguars at Alumni Stadium. The JV team will be playing at 12 pm, followed by the Varsity team at 2 pm. It is Youth Night at Alumni Stadium, with all K-8 students with a jersey getting in for free. Tickets for the games are only available online at
