The varsity softball team secured a huge win over Lakota East at home on Tuesday night, with a walk-off score of 3-2.

The game was full of standout performances from our players. Sophomore Ava Castle earned her first varsity hit with a double, while Junior Allison McGuire had an impressive two hits, including a double and her first varsity career home run. Senior Brooke Strobel also had two hits, including the walk-off winning hit in the bottom of the 7th inning.

The team's victory over Lakota East brings their overall record to 9-6, and we couldn't be prouder of their hard work and dedication this season.

In addition to the varsity team's success, our JV team also had a great game against Lakota East, beating them 27-16.

Tonight, both teams will be back in action against Fairmont. The varsity team will host the Firebirds at 5pm, while the JV team will travel to Fairmont for a 5 pm game.
