The Girls Varsity Volleyball team is on fire this season, and they showed no signs of slowing down as they secured their 10th consecutive victory with a commanding 3-0 win over Wayne High School on Thursday night. The Lady Elks delivered a masterclass in volleyball, beating Wayne with scores of 25-13, 25-19, and 25-13.

The program celebrated Staff Appreciation on this night and gave praise to the adult staff members that have been instrumental in the lives of these young ladies.

Coach Dan Peterson was thrilled with his team's performance, saying, "I couldn't be prouder of these girls. They've been working incredibly hard in practice, and it's paying off on the court. This 10-0 record is a testament to their dedication and talent."

The success wasn't limited to the varsity team, as the Junior Varsity and 9th-grade teams also defeated Wayne 2-0 in their respective matches. It was a clean sweep for the Lady Elks, showcasing the depth and strength of their volleyball program at all levels.

The Lady Elks now shift their focus to the upcoming league match on Tuesday, September 19th, when they will face Springfield. The JV and 9th-grade teams will kick off the action at 5:30 pm, followed by the Varsity team at 7:00 pm.
