The varsity girls volleyball team traveled to Seton High School on Saturday to take on state powers Gilmour Academy and Seton. The Lady Elks took their 17-0 record on the road with them. In the first match against Gilmour the Lady Elks lost set one 25-21 but fought back to win the next 3 sets by scores of 29-27, 25-19 and 25-21. the streak ended at 10 straight wins as the Seton Saints beat the Lady Elks in 3 straight sets 25-20, 25-19 and 25-21. Now sitting at 18-1 overall on the season the Elks will host Mount Notre Dame on Monday with 9th & JV playing at 5:30 pm and varsity playing at approximately 7 pm.
