The varsity girls volleyball team loaded up the back end of their schedule and as a result they will go into tournament play losing 3 of their last 4 matches. The Lady Elks traveled to St. Ursula Thursday night and lost 3-0 by scores of 25-14, 25-8 and 25-19. The loss finishes the Lady Elks at 19-3 overall on the season. The JV lost 2-0 and finished their season at 12-8 overall. The Freshmen lost 2-0 and finished their season at 15-5.

The varsity team will now start tourney play on Tuesday October 17th at 5 pm vs. Belmont at Centerville High School. The cost to get in is $8 for adults and $5 for students if tickets are bought online at www.ohsaa.org/tickets. You can wait to buy ticket at the door with cash but all cash tickets are $10. Save by buying online.

If the Lady Elks can take care of business and get out of their Sectional Bracket and advance to the District Final on October 28th they will see St. Ursula again.
