The varsity girls soccer team ran into a buzz saw on Wednesday night as the Lady Elks played Seton at Roger Glass Stadium on the Campus of Chaminade Julienne. The Elks fell behind early 1-0 but was able to tie the score at 1-1 with a Taylor Koch score with 31 minutes left in the first half. From that point on the Saints pretty much controlled the game. Seton got a goal off of a PK with 24 minutes left in the 1st half to lead 2-1 at the half. In the second half the Lady Elks could not really muster any scoring opportunities and Seton tacked on 2 more goals to eliminate the Lady Elks 4-1. This brings to an end a great season by the girls who finish the year 15-4-2. Great job ladies!
