The Varsity Boys Wrestling Team embarked on a journey to Harrison for the State Dual competition. With high hopes and determination, the team geared up to showcase their skills on the wrestling mat.

In the first round of the competition, the Elks faced a tough opponent in Springboro. Despite their best efforts, they faced a challenging match and unfortunately fell to Springboro with a final score of 55-18. Though disappointed by the loss, the team remained resilient and determined to bounce back.

In the consolation round, the Elks rallied together and showed their fighting spirit as they took on Fairmont. With grit and determination, they delivered a stellar performance, emerging victorious with a score of 41-25. Cheers erupted as the team celebrated their hard-earned win, showcasing their resilience and teamwork.

Looking ahead, the Elks are now gearing up to host the Elk Duals on Wednesday, February 7th at 6:00 pm. The team is set to face off against Miamisburg in their first match of the evening. Depending on the results, they will then go on to wrestle either Colerain or Lebanon at 7:30 pm.

As they prepare to host the Elk Duals, the Elks are focused and determined to showcase their skills on their home turf. With their eyes set on victory, they are eager to put on a show for their fans and continue their journey towards success in the thrilling world of high school wrestling.
