Centerville High School is buzzing with pride and excitement as standout athletes, Ross Coppock, Landon King and Seth Alejandrino have officially signed their National Letters of Intent to play College Athletics

Ross Coppock will play football at Gardner-Webb. Ross's dedication and skill on the field have not only earned him a spot on the college team but have also left an unforgettable mark on the Centerville Elks football program.

For two consecutive years, Ross earned the prestigious all-state honors, showcasing his exceptional talent as a defensive back. His ability to read the game, make crucial tackles, and execute game-changing plays has set him apart on the field. Ross's commitment to excellence has not only impressed his teammates and coaches but has also gained him recognition beyond the school walls.

In addition to his on-field achievements, Ross served as a captain for the Centerville Elks, demonstrating leadership both on and off the field. This responsibility speaks volumes about Ross's character and his ability to motivate and inspire his teammates. The Sonny Unger Award, which Ross proudly claims, further highlights his outstanding sportsmanship, work ethic, and dedication to the sport.

As Ross takes the next step in his football journey at Gardner-Webb, we want to express our gratitude for his contributions to the Centerville Elks football program. Seth Alejandrino, who signed his National Letter of Intent to play lacrosse at Cleveland State. Seth's exceptional skills on the lacrosse field, coupled with his standout performance in football, have left an indelible mark on the Elks sports community.

Seth, known for his prowess on the lacrosse field, has demonstrated outstanding talent and dedication throughout his high school career. His skills have not only earned him recognition but have also paved the way for an exciting opportunity to continue playing at the collegiate level with the Cleveland State Vikings.

Beyond lacrosse, Seth showcased his versatility as a standout football player at Centerville. His hard work and commitment to the sport were acknowledged with a spot on the 2nd Team All-Greater Western Ohio Conference (GWOC). Seth's achievements on the football field complement his excellence in lacrosse, highlighting his athleticism and dedication to multiple sports.

During the fall football season, Seth never missed a practice, demonstrating his reliability and dedication to his teammates. Landon King, who signed his National Letter of Intent to play football at Indiana Wesleyan. Landon's dedication, leadership, and sportsmanship have made a lasting impact on the Elks football team, and we couldn't be prouder to see him take the next step in his athletic journey.

As a two-year varsity letterman, Landon consistently demonstrated his talent and dedication. What's even more impressive is his perfect attendance at practices during his senior season, highlighting his unwavering commitment to improvement and teamwork.
