Varsity Lacrosse Team Triumphs Over Northmont

The Girls Varsity Lacrosse team showcased their skills in a commanding victory against the Northmont Thunderbolts on Tuesday night. With a final score of 17-5, the Lady Elks displayed exceptional teamwork and individual talent on the field.

Leading the charge were standout players Lucia Christafano, Ava Routzahn, Ella Buckingham, and Elise Lenos, each contributing three goals to the team's impressive tally. Additionally, Hannah Eggert added two goals, while Molly Dickens, Celeste Combs, and Laura Schultz each scored a goal, showcasing the team's depth and versatility in offense.

In goal, Kara Bentley's stellar performance cannot be overlooked, with seven saves that helped maintain Centerville's dominance throughout the game.

With this victory, the Centerville Girls Varsity Lacrosse team improves to a record of 4-4 for the season, reflecting their determination and skill on the field.

The Lady Elks are set for another thrilling matchup as they travel to Carroll on Thursday, April 11th. The action-packed evening begins with the JV game at 5:30, followed by the Varsity game at 7:15.
