Centerville High School's Boys Varsity Volleyball Team recently showcased their skills at the highly anticipated Elite 8 Tournament. This event brought together top teams like Centerville, St. Xavier, Olentangy Liberty, Brecksville, Moeller, Elder, St. Ignatius, and Hilliard Darby for a fierce competition.

Despite facing tough opponents, the Elks displayed remarkable sportsmanship and determination throughout the tournament. In their first match, they went head-to-head with St. Xavier but faced a challenging 3-0 loss. Undeterred, the team regrouped for their next match against Brecksville, where they fought hard but ultimately fell short with a score of 3-1.

The Elks refused to give up, showcasing their resilience in their final match against Elder. It was a nail-biting showdown that went down to the wire, with the Elks pushing Elder to their limits. Despite a valiant effort, Centerville narrowly lost with a score of 3-2.

While the tournament didn't end as hoped for the Elks, it was a testament to their skill, teamwork, and dedication to the sport.
