Centerville High School's Elks baseball team showcased their prowess on the diamond with a commanding 13-1 win over Fairfield in just five innings.
The Elks displayed a stellar performance both on offense and defense, led by standout players Casey Lippincott and Andrew Erwin. Lippincott delivered an impressive complete game on the mound, demonstrating his skill and determination. Meanwhile, Erwin led the charge on offense with an outstanding display, securing three hits keep the scoreboard ticking for the Elks.
Adding to the offensive firepower, Luke Maciejewski made significant contributions with two doubles and three RBIs, further solidifying the Elks' dominance at the plate.
With this impressive victory, the Elks' varsity record now stands at an impressive 8-4, highlighting their consistency and determination throughout the season.
Both JV Teams also secured victories over Fairfield. JVA won by a score of 11-4 and JVB won by a scores of 8-6.
