The Varsity Softball team achieved a resounding victory in the 2nd round of the SWDAB District Tournament, defeating Fairborn with a convincing score of 8-1. This win showcased the team's strength and determination as they continue their journey in the tournament.

Leading the charge for the Lady Elks were Freshman Lillie Hopf and Senior Ally Middleton, who delivered stellar performances at the plate. Hopf went 2 for 3 with a double and 2 RBI's, while Middleton also went 2 for 3, hitting a home run and contributing 2 RBI's to the team's total. Their offensive contributions were instrumental in securing the victory.

On the pitching front, Senior Hayley Arnold shone brightly, delivering a standout performance from the mound with an impressive 14 strikeouts. Arnold's skill and composure played a crucial role in limiting Fairborn's scoring opportunities and solidifying the Elks' lead.
