The 2nd annual Brad Bucher Memorial Fund EPND night is now set for the 2024-2025 season. On Sunday July 28th from 6-8 pm here at CHS we will host this event that highlights all that Centerville as a community has to offer to get kids involved in some type of activity and make connections that help build a sense of community. This event will have booths filled with all of the different sports groups from peewee age through high school as well as the Rec Center along with many other community groups. The goal is for a parent with a child of any age to find something that their child can participate in and start building that sense of teamwork and belonging. We do all this is honor of the late Brad Bucher who supported all things connected to the Elks. A memorial Fund has been created in honor of Brad and this past school year we spent $5,000 to help Elks in need across our District. The goal is to make sure that money is not a barrier when it comes to making sure a child can be involved in an activity.
In lieu of our parent meeting in the gym prior to the start of every sports season we ask that all of our parents try to attend this event and consider giving just a little bit to this fund. We would love to build the funds in this fund so that we can always have a way to make sure our kids in this community are taken care of and able to have access to all of the great activities in this community.
