The Girls Volleyball teams had an incredible start to their season this past Saturday! In their season opener, they faced off against Alter at home and swept the competition across all levels.
The Varsity team finished the day by defeating Alter in straight sets, winning 3-0. The scores were 25-11, 25-14, and 25-20. The Lady Elks showed their strength right from the start, dominating the court with powerful serves and strong teamwork.
The JVA team also had a great match, beating Alter 2-0. The Junior Varsity JVB team followed suit, winning their match 2-0 as well. It was a clean sweep for all the Lady Elks teams, making it a day to remember.
The excitement continues this Saturday, August 24th, as the Lady Elks will host a Tri-Match. Centerville will face Bellbrook at 10 AM, with the Varsity teams playing in the Main Gym and the JVA and JVB teams playing in the Auxiliary Gym. At 11:30 AM, Olentangy will face Bellbrook, and at 1:00 PM, Centerville will take on Olentangy.
