Today, the Girls Varsity volleyball team had an up-and-down day on the court. The Lady Elks started strong with a big win against Bellbrook, defeating them 3-1. The set scores were 25-23, 25-12, 21-25, and 25-18. The Junior Varsity (JV) team also played well, winning their match against Bellbrook 2-0. However, the Freshman team had a tough time and lost 0-2.

Later in the day, the Varsity team faced a tougher opponent in Olentangy. Unfortunately, they lost 0-3 with set scores of 20-25, 21-25, and 19-25. The JV and Freshman teams also struggled against Olentangy, both losing 0-2.

The Centerville volleyball teams will be back in action on Tuesday, August 27th, when they travel to Northmont. The 9th grade and JV teams will play at 5:30 pm, and the Varsity game will start at 6:45 pm. Fans can buy tickets online here Click Here or with cash at the door for $8.
