The Varsity Girls Gold Golf Team had an amazing day at the Springboro Invitational, where they took first place out of 16 teams with an impressive score of 316. The Lady Elks were led by Brigid Nickell, who shot a 73 (+2) to win the tournament as the individual champion. Other top scores for the team included Ava Snow with an 80, Bekah Hartley with an 81, Ava Bressler with an 82, and Nithya Nunna with an 83.

In other great news, the Lady Elks JV Golf Team also had a big win on Wednesday, beating Beavercreek 263-268 at Yankee Trace. Freshman Rebecca Baldwin was the match medalist, shooting a 49.
