The boys varsity soccer team hosted Mason in a great match at Alumni Stadium on Saturday. The Elks fell 2-1 to the Comets. The very competitive game was tied at 0-0 at the half. Mason got a goal early in the second half to take a 1-0 lead over the Elks and then Chinedu Nkorowo scored for the Elks with 9 minutes to go in the game to tie it at 1-1. Mason then scored with 4 minutes left in the game to get the game winner. The JVB tied Mason 2-2 and the JVA team tied Mason 0-0. The varsity is now 1-2-2 on the season.
