The Girls Tennis teams had an amazing week, filled with big wins and some tough matches. The teams showed a lot of skill and determination on the court.

On Monday, the Varsity Black team crushed Lebanon with a 5-0 victory. The JV Gold team also had a great match, defeating Lebanon’s JVA team 4-1. In an important OTCA State Team Tournament match, the Varsity Gold Girls Tennis team beat Ursuline Academy 4-1 in the District Quarterfinals.

Tuesday was another strong day for Centerville tennis. The Varsity Gold team took on Miamisburg and won every match, finishing with a 5-0 sweep.

Wednesday brought a few challenges. The Varsity Gold team faced a tough Mason team and lost 0-5. The JV team played a close match but fell to Mason 2-3. However, the Varsity Black team came out on top against Sycamore’s B team, winning 4-1.

Thursday saw more victories for Centerville. The Varsity Black team shut out Seven Hills B with a 5-0 win, and the JV Black team followed suit, also beating Seven Hills JV 5-0.

The week will end with a busy Saturday. The JV Black and Gold teams will host the JV Elk Invitational at Centerville starting at 9 a.m. Meanwhile, the Varsity Black team will travel to play St. Ursula B at noon.

It was a fantastic week for Centerville Girls Tennis, filled with hard work and impressive results!
