Last night, the Centerville Elks Boys Soccer Team delivered an impressive performance, defeating the Wayne Warriors 5-0 at Alumni Stadium. The Elks played a great match showing their skill throughout the contest.

The first half began with a quick goal from the Elks as Owen Mace found the back to the net to give Centerville a 1-0 lead. Scoring slowed the remainder of the half and the Elks went in at the break with a 1-0 lead.

In the second half, the Elks stepped their game up as goals were scored by Jacob Gottron, Sam El and two goals by Chinedu Nwokoro! The Elks were firing on all cylinders, and the Warriors struggled to keep up. The Elks finished the match with a 5-0 victory!

Great job, Elks! Let’s carry this momentum into the next game! The Elks will take the to the pitch next Tuesday 9/24 at Miamisburg against the Vikings!
