The Girls' Varsity soccer team kept their perfect record in GWOC play with a dominant 4-0 win over Miamisburg on Wednesday night at Alumni Stadium. Savannah Conner led the way for the Lady Elks, scoring two goals. Anna Kate Robillard and Sami Aydelott each added one goal to help secure the victory.
In goal, Megan Reichard earned a shutout, with the defense playing strong in front of her, continuing their impressive season. This win improves Centerville's overall record to 8-4-2 and keeps them unbeaten in GWOC play with a 5-0 record.
The JVA team also had a strong showing, beating Miamisburg 1-0. However, the JVB team fell to Seton 1-0.
The teams will be back in action on Wednesday, October 2nd, when the Lady Elks host Beavercreek. The JVA game kicks off at 5:30 PM, followed by Varsity at 7:15 PM.
