The Lady Elks volleyball team had an outstanding performance today, winning all three of their matches in a thrilling display of talent, teamwork, and resilience. The girls showed great determination and skill as they battled their way to a perfect 3-0 record.

Match 1: Centerville vs. Notre Dame Academy
The Lady Elks opened the day with a 2-0 victory over Notre Dame Academy. The first set was hard-fought, with Centerville edging out a 25-20 win. The second set proved even more intense as the teams went point-for-point, but our girls held their nerve to close it out 26-24. This match set the tone for the day, as our team exhibited composure under pressure and excellent teamwork on the court.

Match 2: Centerville vs. Fenwick
The second match of the day was a true test of grit as Centerville faced Fenwick in a three-set battle. The Lady Elks came out strong, winning the first set 25-19. However, Fenwick responded by taking the second set 25-21, forcing a decisive third set. The Elks regrouped and powered through, securing the final set 25-16 with strong serves and timely attacks. This win demonstrated our team’s ability to bounce back and finish strong when faced with adversity.

Match 3: Centerville vs. Jonathan Alder
In their final match, the Lady Elks squared off against Jonathan Alder. After a dominant first set win of 25-15, Jonathan Alder fought back in the second set, winning 25-22. The Elks, however, remained focused and determined, claiming a narrow but hard-earned 25-22 victory in the third and final set to complete their perfect day. This was a fantastic day for the Lady Elks in what was their best performance of the season! The Elks are getting HOT at the right time of the year!

Our JV Team also had a great day by winning two of their three matches! They beat Notre Dame Academy 2-1 and Jonathan Alder 2-1. They came up short against Fenwick losing 2-0.

The Elks will take the floor next Tuesday night 10/8 at Beavercreek High School against the Beavers at 6:45pm. Great Job Today Elks!
