Boys Cross Country Wins District Title

The varsity boys' cross country team had an outstanding performance today, winning the District Title at Cedarville University. Leading the way for the Elks was Kasem Kaheal, who finished 2nd overall and broke his own school record with an incredible time of 15:07.33.

Other top runners for the Elks included Daniel Emmert, who placed 12th with a time of 15:56, and Mitchell Job, who finished 15th with a time of 16:15. Jagger Noel crossed the line in 18th place with a time of 16:21, followed by Owen Zeiser in 29th at 16:44 and Jacob Porter in 31st at 16:50.

With this strong showing, the boys will now move on to Regionals next Saturday at Troy High School.
