The Boys Varsity Soccer team put up a strong fight in their District Final match but came up short, falling 2-0 to a talented Lakota West team. The Elks battled hard in the first half, holding Lakota West to a 0-0 tie at halftime. However, Lakota West managed to score twice in the second half, securing the win.

Centerville played with heart and determination throughout the game but couldn’t break through Lakota’s tough defense. With this loss, the Elks finish their season as District Runner-Ups with a final record of 7-7-4. Despite the tough ending, the team showed great effort and resilience this season.
