Senior Brigid Nickell is taking her talent to the next level. On Wednesday, she officially signed her letter of intent to continue her education and golfing career at Cleveland State University. Brigid has been a key player for the Centerville Lady Elks golf team, earning praise for her hard work, dedication, and leadership.
Over the past four years, Brigid has put in countless hours to improve her game. This season, her efforts paid off in a big way. She helped lead the Lady Elks to a Greater Western Ohio Conference (GWOC) title, a runner-up finish at the District Championship, and a 7th place finish at the OHSAA State Championship.
Brigid’s consistent play has made her a role model for her teammates. Her ability to handle pressure and perform in big moments has been a cornerstone of the team’s success.
Brigid's signing marks the beginning of a new journey, but she leaves behind an impressive legacy at Centerville High School.
