The Girls Varsity Bowling team is making strides under first-year coach Nicholas Hughes. On Saturday, the Lady Elks competed in the Raider Collegiate Challenge at Beaver-Vu, finishing in 9th place, just one spot shy of making the eliminator round.

The team showed strong improvement, with standout performances from Abigail Boehm, who bowled a 354 series (187, 167), and Kyann Collins, who added a 300 series (168, 132). The Lady Elks also achieved a season-best 790 team game, a clear sign of their progress.

While the girls narrowly missed advancing, their hard work and dedication are paying off. Coach Hughes and the Lady Elks are building momentum for the rest of the season.
