The gymnastics team placed first at the TroyMont Invitational on Monday, Jan. 20. The team’s confidence and consistency is improving, as it increased its total score by more than four points from the last competition. Individual results are as follows:

Vault: Paige Rose (T-2nd), Paige Pearson (T-8th)

Bars: Paige Rose (1st), Paige Pearson (8th), Sarah Sanders (9th), Abby Latham (10th)

Beam: Abbie Messinio (T-1st), Paige Rose (3rd), Ann Lehmann (T-8th)

Floor: Abby Latham (1st), Ann Lehmann (3rd), Paige Pearson (6th), Leighton Easter (T-7th), Abbie Messinio (9th)

All-Around: Paige Rose (1st), Abby Latham (8th)

The next competition is the Elk Invitational at Centerville High School this Saturday, Jan. 25. There are two sessions and the Elks will compete in the second session beginning at 12:30 PM.
